PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection device capable of efficiently injecting a viscous material in a PC steel rod unit and improving workability. SOLUTION: A viscous material is applied on the outer peripheral face of a solid PC steel rod 102 by an applying means 5, and the solid PC steel rod 102 is inserted in a hollow PC steel rod 101 by a moving means 6 while it is applied. Thus, the viscous material can be injected in a short time as compared with the conventional by moving the solid PC steel rod 102 at a prescribed speed since the viscous material corresponding with the movement of the solid PC steel rod reaches up to the front end of the hollow PC steel rod 101. In addition, since the viscous material is applied on the solid PC steel rod 102, particularly a cavity is difficult to produce in a boundary, between the solid PC steel rod and the viscous material, which can be surely injected.
