PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a double sided adhesive tape that facilitates the fine adjustment of a position, can manifest strong adhesion that can also be used for permanent adhesion, and provide a release liner used therefor. SOLUTION: This double sided adhesive tape 10 is used preferably for sticking a flooring material to the foundation face of a floor board. In one embodiment, the double sided adhesive tape 10 comprises a base layer 11 and adhesive layers 12, 13 on both surface of the base layer, in another embodiment, a double- sided adhesive tape 16 has a tubular release liner 14 on the opposite face to the base layer 11 of the adhesive layer 13 of the double sided face 10. Further, in another embodiment, a double sided adhesive tape has an adhesive layer and a tubular release liner on one face of the adhesive layer. The release liner 14 for double sided adhesive tape is formed in a tubular shape.
