PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely carry clothes such as a coat of a person sitting on a chair and to eliminate damage that the falls on the floor and is run over by casters of the chair or the cuffs of trousers are rubbed by the floor by mounting a hanger on a rear surface of a backrest of the chair so as to be freely adjustable in height and freely adjustable in angle (freely rotatable). SOLUTION: A pair of horizontal arm-shaped corbels 2 are provided on a mounting tool fixed at an intermediate portion of a backrest of a chair, a bar storing case 4 is journalled at the tips by a rotary shaft and a rotating (angle) location of this case 4 is made freely adjustable by an operation of a handle 3 provided at a shaft end of the rotary shaft. At the other end side of the bar storing case 4, a bar 6 is fitted and inserted so that the bar 6 may appear and disappear. At the other end part of the bar 6, a hanger 8 is fixed. The bar 6 can be taken in/out of the bar storing case 4 by pushing buttons 5 provided on left and right sides and applying pressure to a recessed and projecting button 7 and thereby a height adjustment of the hanger 8 is performed.
