PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain simplification in attachment and improvement in appearance by forming a table edge to be attached around the outer periphery of a table top from a resin-made band-shaped body, molding an R surface on the border of a front surface and both side faces and forming a fitting groove for fitting the projecting fitting part of joint parts fitted around the outer periphery of the top on a rear surface. SOLUTION: This table edge is made into band-shaped body having fixed thickness and width with no leg. Besides, the material is a resin so as to be bent, the R surface in suitable size is molded on the border of a front surface 1 and both side faces 2, and a fitting groove 4 is formed on a rear surface 3. Further, the joint parts are made into resin components with short T-shaped cross section, an arm 8 is extended from the upper end of a leg having both sawtooth-shaped sides to both the sides, and a projecting fitting part 9 is formed at the top end of the arm 8. Then, the table edge is fitted to the joint parts while fitting the projecting fitting part 9 to the fitting groove 4. At such a time, a slit 11 is formed at the root part of the arm 8, the arm 8 is bent and deformed at the time of fitting and fitting is made easy and smooth.
