PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit warning for which operation is economized by implementing warning by automatic voice interlocked with remote control, when varying relatively the posture of a cylindrical structure, the internal space of which a subject is inserted into, by remote control in relation to the subject. SOLUTION: A talk switch 74 is connected to the input side of a voice control circuit 382, and a tilt switch 72 is connected to the input side of a voice control circuit 382. The input side of a voice generating circuit 384 is connected to the output side of the voice control circuit 382, and the voice control circuit 382 controls the voice generating circuit 384 on the basis of input signals given from the talk switch 74 and the tilt switch 72. The voice generating circuit 384 stores voice signals such as a plurality of messages including a tilt warning message and produces a corresponding voice signal on the basis of a control signal of the voice control circuit 382. A microphone 76 is connected to the other input side of a selector circuit 386 and a voice signal of the microphone 76 is input.
