PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sherbetlike inclusion hydrate slurry by easily separating a produced inclusion hydrate from a magnetic fluid. SOLUTION: A method for producing an inclusion hydrate slurry comprises a first means for a storing aqueous solution W producing an includion hydrate by cooling it and a magnetic fluid M of specific gravity smaller than that of the aqueous solution and the includion hydrate in a heat exchanger 1 and cooling the magnetic fluid by a magnetic fluid cooling pipe 6 to produce an inclusion hydrate on the surface of the magnetic fluid, and a second means for generating a magnetic field in the periphery of the magnetic fluid by an excitation means 7 and changing the surface configuration of the magnetic fluid to remove the inclusion hydrate adhering to the surface of the magnetic fluid and obtain inclusion hydrate slurry W1.
