PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan which will not damage a finger or a fin itself in case where a finger or the like hits the fin. SOLUTION: A fan motor shaft 3 is axially supported by a central shaft secured to an external frame 9 to allow free rotation, and is driven for rotation by a built-in motor. The fan motor shaft 3 is equipped with a plurality of fins 1 and air is blown by the fins 1 rotating together with the fan motor shaft 3 in the direction shown by the arrow. Each foot of the fins 1 is equipped with a spring 2 which tilts the fin 1 in the direction shown by the arrow when a certain or greater external force is exerted on the fin 1, and returns it to the original position when the external force is removed.
