PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifreezing drain cock to perform water bleeding operation certainly without causing the operator to have hallucination in terms of manipulation of making water bleeding. SOLUTION: A bonnet 3 is fixed to a valve body 1 opened and closed by a main valve element 13, and a first stem 5 is mounted on the bonnet 3 rotatably, and a second stem 9 interlocking with the rotation of the first stem 5 is installed inside the bonnet 3 in such a way as capable of elevating and sinking. At the lower part of the second stem 9 the main valve element 13 is supported movable relative to the second stem 9, and a compression spring 15 is interposed between the main valve element 13 and the first stem 5, and a drain port 18 formed in the bonnet 3 is blocked by a drain valve element 17 energized by a compression spring 19 mounted on the main valve element 13. The water drain valve element 17 is an antifreezing drain cock which opens the exhaust port 18 in association with the second stem 9 moving in the direction toward a valve seat 2.
