MANUFACTURE OF HEAT EXCHANGER AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flawless joint part at low cost by sufficiently melting brazing filler metal which is laid between plates and corrugated fins in a plate fin type heat exchanger. SOLUTION: The plate fin type heat exchanger is roughly composed of plural plates 1 to be laminated and corrugated fins 2 arranged between these respective plates 1. And, the manufacturing device for this heat exchanger is constituted of a vacuum furnace and plural carbon heaters H which are circularity arranged in the inside of the furnace. The plates 1 and corrugated fins 2 are joined by heating and melting the brazing filler metal 10 which is introduced between them with the carbon heaters H. This diameter heaters P are inserted into spaces between the plates 1; concretely the circulating holes 2b of a fluid in the corrugated fins 2 and the melting of the brazing filler metal 10 is promoted.
