PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a container having no need of intermittent operation of a carrying table, having a simple structure and a high filling-process capacity, and capable of being sterilized with heat after filling. SOLUTION: This device comprises a container transfer means A which continuously rotates a continuously rotating table 1, a container supply means B which supplies a container Y to the continuously rotating table 1, a liquid- filling means C which fills a liquid into the container Y, an inner-lid sealing means F which attaches an inner lid to the mouth of the container Y, and a container take-out means G which takes the container Y out of the continuously rotating table 1 and ejects it. Further, as the liquid-filling means C and inner- lid seal means F, this device is equipped with an intermittent swing table 3 having a plurality of filling nozzles 40 and a plurality of heat-seal heads 70.
