PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip for which the strength for attachment and the strength against impact on dropping are improved, and to provide a plastic bottle equipped with such a grip. SOLUTION: A grip body 3 is formed of a grip part 31 and attachment arms 32 and 33 which are formed, extending transversely from the upside and the underside of the grip opart, and the shape of cross section for each of holding protuberances 321 and 331 which are formed, projecting upward or downward, respectively at the front of the attachment arms 32 and 33 is in a trapezoid tapering toward the front end of the attachment arm.
