The invention concerns a pressure cooker comprising a bowl (1) with handles (4), a lid (3) and means supporting (10) a cooking basket (11), said means (10) being arranged towards the bowl (1) upper part to provide the basket (11) with a high position in the bowl (1). The invention is characterised in that the support means (10) are formed by localised deformations of the wall to form at least two opposite series of inner radial extensions of the wall (2). The invention is applicable to pressure cookers. |
