PURPOSE:To transmit the image of two persons to the opposite party using a two-screen transferring means by automatically controlling tow television cameras in angle when picking up images to give priority to particular two speakers, if there exist many speakers. CONSTITUTION:As for a video conference equipment, a voice is detected out of a level of voice signals a-b from microphones 1-3 by a speaker detecting circuit 5. Setting information e and f of the microphones corresponding to up to two voice signals which have been detected as existing are outputted for controlling an image picking up angle of two television cameras 8 and 9. A picture transferring equipment 6 outputs a switching signal g which specifies either a one-screen transfer or a two-screen transfer. |
