Compounds represented by general formula (1) which are intermediates useful in producing oxime ether compounds being highly efficacious as agricultural/horticultural germicides wherein R<1> represents alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, cycloalkenyl, cycloalkenylalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl or heteroaryl each optionally substituted; R<2> represents alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkoxyalkyl, haloalkyl or cyano; one of T, U and V represents CR<3>, while one of the remainder represent CH or nitrogen and the other represents CR<4> or nitrogen; and W represents CR<33> or nitrogen (wherein R<3>, R<4> and R<33> are the same or different and each represents hydrogen, halogeno, alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkyl, haloalkoxy, alkylthio or haloalkylthio). |
