An insulation board made of mineral wool to provide insulation between roof rafters and wooden-frame structures has at least one elastically compressible area created by curved folds of a mineral-wood fleece, so that the insulation board is compressed and, in this compressed condition, installed between the rafters or beams of a structure and as the result of elastic recovery forces wedged in place there. |
