PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably pull out an encased roll sheet with both hands in an amount equivalent to use on one time. SOLUTION: The structure is constructed of an encased roll sheet 1 made up by encasing a roll sheet 2 formed by wrapping a long sheet round a cylindrical body in a container 3 so that it can be drawn out in an amount equivalent to use on one time and an axis supporting device 11 composed of a pair of axis supporting bodies 12, 12 availably formed for supporting an axis and inserted respectively into side plates 4 positioned at both sides in the longitudinal direction of the container 3, and each of the axis supporting bodies 12 is equipped at least with an one side piece 13 positioned at a side opposite to the side plate 4, the other side piece 14 extending in the direction at a right angle to the face of one side piece 13, and a support axis 16 which is provided in projection at the internal surface 13a of the one side piece 13 so as to be inserted through the side plate 4 of the container 3, and the support axes 16 are inserted respectively through the opposite side plates 4 of the container 3 to support the roll sheet 2 and at the same time, an attachment/detachment means is interposed between the external surface 14a of the other side piece 14 and a member whereto the attachment is made and thereby attachment/detachment is made available.
