PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically transport the formed.formless cargo by comprising a bag body for formless carbo in a packing case, and a lifting member supporting the bag body of an inner front part of the packing case, supporting the ascendable lifting member and the bag body, and backwardly rotatable, positioning a point of a rear member under a rear end of a front member in the ascending, and supporting a rear end lower surface by the point of the rear member in the descending. SOLUTION: In the case of formless cargo, a front fluid cylinder l6 is contracted, a rear fluid cylinder 19 is elongated, the front and rear lifting plates 11, 12 are descended to support a bag body 20, and the fine particles.liquid or the like are charged and stored in the bag body 20 from an introducing hatch. In a case of the formed cargo, the locking of the front lifting plate 11 and a locking mechanism of a locking member is released, the front fluid cylinder 16 is elongated, the rear fluid cylinder 19 is contracted, the front and rear lifting plates 11, 12 are ascended to support the bag body 20 for storing the same on an upper part of the packing case 4, and a space for storing the formed cargo is ensured between the front and rear lifting plates 11, 12 and a floor plate 40 of the packing case 4. Whereby not only the formless cargo such as powder and granular material, liquid or the like but also the formed cargo such as solid material or the like can be economically transported.
