CERAMICS MACHINING METHOD AND MACHINING TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method for easily removing a ceramics being a brittle and hardly machinable material and to provide a machining tool. SOLUTION: This method is comprised of the process of supplying a corrosive agent able to corrode a ceramics to a part to be machined of the ceramics and the process of removing at least a portion of the part to be machined of the ceramics corroded with the corrosive agent by a tool. Further, thus ceramics machining tool has a machining part which is brought into contact with the part to be machined of the ceramic with a high speed, and the machining part includes the corrosive agent. The corrosive agent is supplied to the part to be machined of the ceramic when the machining part is brought into contact with the part to be machined with a high speed.
