PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a pointer or the like to emit light with higher brightness by suppressing light loss or the like. SOLUTION: A light source is provided at the reverse surface side of a display part with a pointer, light-guiding plates 35 and 36 are provided between the display part and the light source, and the light-guiding plates 35 and 36 are provided with a direct light-guiding part 37 for guiding light from a light source to a pointer base part side and a reflection light-guiding part 38 for guiding light from a light source 34 to the pointer side by reflection the light with the outer periphery of the light-guiding plates 35 and 36. In this case, a direct light reflection surface 42 and a direct light reflection surface 46 for reflecting light in a direction that is nearly in parallel with a pointer axis for the direct light-guiding part 37 and the direct light-guiding part 38, respectively, are provided separately.
