The apparatus aims to create an agreeable temperature inside the lavatory during its normal use. Via conduit 1, warm air is supplied to the inside, between the seat and the ceramic, suction taking place via 2 in order to make the temperature in the lavatory uniform and to prevent the exit of bad odours increased by this entry of hot flow, the aspirated air being passed through a suitable filter 3. The motor/suction device 4 generates the movement and heats the air which cools, being the heat source for the air entering the lavatory, it being possible for electrical resistance elements 5 to be supplied in addition. Starting-up and stopping may be automatic or manual and automatically actuate the device for discharging the cistern of water at the end of use and when the motor stops. <IMAGE>
