METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYESTER FALSE TWISTED YARN HAVING REFRESHING TOUCH

摘要

PURPOSE: A specific processed yarn is provided to have the excellent refreshing touch, to have the excellent weaving property without passing a drawing process, and to express the naturalness by forming lengthwise a yarn and the two-tone effect by the different of dyeing property. CONSTITUTION: A processed yarn is produced in a drawing device of belt-twisting method by mixing two kinds of polyester multi filaments having the different dyeing property. One fibrous fibril among two kinds of polyester having the different dyeing property is a general polyester(SD), and the other fibrous fibril is polyester(CD) that copolymerizes a component of metal sulfonate bond and the polyethylene glycol having the high molecular weight. When two fibrous fibrils are mixed, two-tone effect of shade is showed by dyeing with dispersing dyes by the different dyeing property of the SD and the CD, and two-tone effect mixed dyed part(CD) and un-dyed part(SD) is shown by dyeing with a basic dyes.
