PURPOSE: A sirocco fan having low noise and high performance is provided to reduce the noise generated from an inlet and to increase the performance thereof by realizing the equal suction flow field. CONSTITUTION: A sirocco fan having low noise and high performance is composed of a bell mouth(50). The bell mouth is projected into the upper area and has different sectional faces according to the azimuth on the basis of the rotary direction of an impeller. The flow passing through the bell mouth is changed by each part to be fitted into the three-dimensional flow if the bell mouth is formed to be partially different according to the azimuth of the rotation direction of the impeller. Therefore, the sirocco fan improves the flow and reduces the noise by decreasing the resistance of the flow.
