PURPOSE: The titled sodium percarbonate composition containing vinyl based resin or polystyrene sulfonic acid salts is provided, which has the advantage of being excellent in solubility without loss of effective oxygen and relatively uniform in a particle size distribution. CONSTITUTION: This sodium percarbonate composition is characterized in that it contains 0.1 to 10% by weight of vinyl based resin or polystyrene sulfonic acid salts having a molecular weight of 10,000 to 1,000,000 based on sodium percarbonate obtained by reacting anhydrous sodium carbonate with hydrogen peroxide. The vinyl based resin has a functional group of pyrrolidone, acetate and alcohol and a polymerization degree of 100 to 10,000.
