PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for plowing up spreaded seeds that includes a plurality of blades on rotating plowshares, which can increase soil plowing amount and adjust width and depth of furrows and ditches. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a base frame(1) with a central axis frame(11) and a right and a left axis frames(12,13), a central axis(110) and a right and a left axes(120,130) installed at each axis frame respectively, a long axis rod(2) being installed at the central and the both side axes and including both side rotary plowshares(3,4) composed of cylindrical shaped bodies(30,40) and plowshare blades(8), soil receiving devices(5,6) at the top side of the plowshares, and a plurality of blade fastening devices formed on the cylindrical body where a plurality of blades(8) are fixed removably.
