PURPOSE: A surface washing machine for a filter bed having a high speed rotation type nozzle is provided to remove mud deposited on a filter sand layer of the filter bed and impurities contained in the mud, and to reduce the leakage of water. CONSTITUTION: The surface washing machine comprises a rotator, an injection pipe, and an Y-shaped high speed rotation typed injection nozzle(3). The Y-shaped high speed rotation typed injection nozzle is comprised of a Y-shaped tube formed by a main tube(202) and a branch tube(203), a bush typed fastening screw(201) surrounding the main tube, a high speed rotation wing(204) coupled to the distal end of the branch tube, and a rotating partition installed in the main tube. The bush typed fastening screw couples the Y-shaped nozzle to the injection pipe. The Y-shaped high speed rotation typed injection nozzle is rotated in high speed by the constant water pressure of input water.
