PURPOSE: A colored transparent clear painted steel plate of galvanium is provided, which can show superior quality than the existing galvanium soluble colored steel plate by only upper coating without primer coating. The plate can also shorten the process time by enabling the galvanium colored transparent color steel plate to be manufactured and can reduce emission of thinner and organic solvent contained in paint for dilution and distribution. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method is as follows: (i) prepare paint by mixing 33-40 % of linear polyester resin, lower than 1 % of coloring pigment, 3-5 % of melamine resin, 3-10 % of epoxy resin, 15-20 % of solvent of ester series, 30-40 % of solvent of aromatic hydrocarbon series, 1-2 % of slip additive, 1-2 % of other; (ii) coat the paint on a surface of one that is selected from melted zinc plated steel plate, galvanium plated steel plate and aluminum steel plate; and (iii) dry the upper coating without under coating, the primer coating, at the drying temperature of substrate steel plate of 210-240deg.C to form the attached amount of coating to 3-20μm.
