EXFOLIATION PREVENTIVE METHOD OF PHOTOSENSITIVE DRUM FOR LASER PRINTER AND STRUCTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: An organic photosensitive layer releasing preventive method is provided to prevent a surface of an organic photosensitive drum from being released and toner from remaining on paper in frictional rotating the organic photosensitive drum and a busing of a mag roller. CONSTITUTION: An organic photosensitive drum(10) combined with a cartridge has a releasing unit in both ends of an organic photosensitive layer(10a) with surface treatment on an outer periphery. A taping unit(12) is wound on the release bushing of the organic photosensitive layer. Both ends of the organic photosensitive layer in the organic photosensitive drum contacted to the bushing of a mag roller are eliminated. The bushing of the mag roller is rotated with contacting the surface of the taping unit by taping the eliminated portion of the organic photosensitive layer. The taping unit is contacted with the bushing of the mag roller and frictionized without interfering with interlock of related components. The organic photosensitive layer is prevented from being damaged, and the organic photosensitive drum is prevented from being released.
