摘要 PURPOSE: A high temperature superconductive micro strip antenna is provided to overcome a weakness of a single crystal substrate which is apt to break down. CONSTITUTION: A micro strip antenna, which a micro strip antenna pattern is formed on an upper face of a substrate(10) thereof and a grounding layer(70) is formed on a lower face of the substrate thereof, comprises a high temperature superconductive thin film which is deposited on a single crystal dielectric substrate by a rf-off axis-magnetron sputtering method, an antenna radiating patch(21) which is made of the high temperature superconductive thin film, and a feeding line(22) which is made of the high temperature superconductive thin film and directly connected to the antenna radiating patch. The high temperature superconductive feeding line having a particular impedance are directly coupled to a particular impedance section of a non-radiation face which determines the resonance length of the high temperature superconductive radiating patch. Thereby, since the high temperature superconductive micro strip antenna directly supplies a power to a proper impedance section according to the resonance length, it is possible to provide a high quality of the antenna.
