PURPOSE: A tumor cell microexcision device which can scrape out an exact tumor cell region from a stained tissue fragment on a slide glass observing with a microscope, by using a needle, thereby provides a pure tumor cell for genetic inspection in an efficient way. CONSTITUTION: The device is comprised of: a first and second movable bases(23,24) which can move in horizontal X-Y direction along a first and second guide on a base(21); a first adjusting unit(34) having a hollow nob axis(31) laid on the first movable base(23) which moves the second movable base(24), and a worm axis(33) which passes through the above hollow nob axis(31) to rotate the worm wheel of movable base; an elevator base(28) which is installed on a rotating plate which rotates in the range of 180 degree and laid at the upper part of the second movable base, and moves up and down along the third guide; a second adjusting unit having a screw axis(36a) and an adjusting axis operated by a pair of bevel gear; and a needle fixing plate(30) which rotates on a fixing axis fixed on the elevator base and is guided by a third guide along the rotation of the adjusting screw, whereon the needle is fixed. By setting a needle of the needle adjusting part(20) onto a slide glass whereon a stained tissue fragment is attached, staged on a microscope, and observing and confirming the tumor cell region with the microscope, it is possible to scrape out exact tumor cell region with the needle.
