PURPOSE: An interior permanent magnet rotor structure is provided to prevent a flux loss and an energy loss by controlling a direction of a flux and achieving a smooth flow of the flux. CONSTITUTION: If a current is transferred to each phase of a winding of a stator(160), a rotor(170) is rotated such that lines of magnetic flux generated from the winding of the stator(160) and lines of magnetic flux generated from permanent magnets(180,190) of the rotor(170) are arranged in a way to allow a smooth path. When the lines of the flux generated from the winding of the stator(160) flow inside the rotor(170), they are induced by first and second interior permanent magnet parts due to a difference in materials forming the rotor(170), thereby preventing a sharp refraction of the flux from being caused. The flux generated in the permanent magnet(180) which is fixed on the first interior permanent magnet part and the flux generated in the permanent magnet(190) fixed on the second interior permanent magnet part are focused on the rotor(160), so that flux leakage is reduced and rotational force of the rotator(170) is enhanced.
