PURPOSE: A vehicle air vent is provided to prevent dust or foreign substances from being collected at the air vent by arranging a cap for shutting the air vent when the air vent is not in use. CONSTITUTION: A crush pad(1) has an air vent(2) for controlling the temperature of cab area or preventing the vehicle glass from being clouded up with steam. A cover(4) for preventing foreign substances from entering the air vent is installed in such a manner that the cover is slidable sideways along a guide rail(10) which is arranged in a horizontal direction onto and beneath the air vent. Thus, the air vent is protected from dust or foreign substances when the air vent is not in use, and the cover is attached with photos or advertisements, to thereby achieve an aesthetic enhancement.
