FLAMMABLE GAS FOR CO2 GAS WELDING

PURPOSE: Combustible mixed gas is provided to reduce fume during a carbon dioxide welding process by being added with oxygen affinitive gas. CONSTITUTION: A welding body (1) consists of a mixed gas supply line (3) to be connected with a gas mixer (7). The gas mixer connects a carbon dioxide gas container (5) and a combustible gas container (9) to supply mixed gas for a welding process. Furthermore, the welding body consists of a single cable (11) to be connected with a wire transferring machine (13) and the single cable and a welding torch (15) are connected each other. Herein, carbon dioxide gas is mixed with 1 to 10% of propane gas and 0.88 to 1.30wt% of Mn and 0.21 to 0.52wt% of Si are added to a welding wire as a deoxidizing agent. Due to the oxygen attractive propane gas, fume is minimized during the welding process.
