PURPOSE: An aluminum film for the electrolytic capacity of aluminum is provided to increase working voltage by the method that prevents cracks from forming on the dielectric layer formed by Sol-gel method. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum film creates the dielectric layer of oxide aluminum on its surface by the forming process with ammonium adipate solution. The dielectric layer of oxide aluminum is supposed to be put into the solution including Nb2O5 compound, and then drying process(S160) and heating process(170) is performed for the dielectric layer of aluminum with sol solution. After those processes, the layer of Nb2O5 compound is formed on the surface of the aluminum film by etching process. The dielectric layer of oxide aluminum is formed at the only crack on the layer of Nb2O5 by forming process(S180) after putting the aluminum film into ammonium adipeite solution. Therefore, aluminum film for the electrolytic capacity of aluminum, which can increase working voltage, is formed. |
