A PROCESS FOR PREPARING ARTIFICIAL GRAVELS AND COLOR CERABALLS USING SLUDGES OF WASTE WATER CONTAINING HEAVY METALS

PURPOSE: A method for preparing an artificial gravel and color cellar ball by using sludge of heavy metal wastewater is provided which reduces the cost for treating waste matters and the environmental contamination by recycling the sludge of heavy metal wastewater and provides the artificial gravel and color cellar ball having excellent physical properties. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) mixing sludge of heavy metal wastewater with iron oxide as a stabilizing agent or sludge of fluoric acid wastewater containing the iron oxide; (ii) molding the mixture into a globular shape or a broken stone shape; and (iii) calcining the mold of the step (ii) at a temperature of 900-1,200 deg.C.
