REDUNDANCY ENABLE OUTPUT CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A redundancy enable output circuit is provided to reduce a chip size and to improve an efficiency by repairing bit lines at both side of a sense amplifier block. CONSTITUTION: A redundancy enable output circuit comprises a plurality of fuse parts(40) and a sense amplifier(50). The plurality of fuse parts(40) receive address signals to be repaired. The sense amplifier receives output signals from the fuse parts and a chip enable signal to output a redundancy enable signal. Each of the fuse parts has a plurality of fuses and a plurality of NMOS transistors(N1-N7) each corresponding to the fuses. Each of the NMOS transistors(N1-N7) has a drain coupled to a corresponding fuse, a source coupled to a ground, and a gate coupled to an output of a corresponding NOR gate(41). Each of the NOR gates receives a pair of address signals(MS0+MS1,MS1+MS2,-,MS6+MS7) among the address signals.
