ARTIFICIAL LEATHER USING WASTE TIRE AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An artificial leather is provided to have the corrosion resistance and to prevent the slip by using powder of waste tire. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing an artificial leather comprises steps of: spraying a first coating liquid mixed with the 20-60wt% powder of waste tire for 100wt% of the polyurethane resin, and drying; and spraying a second coating liquid mixed with the 0-20wt% powder of waste tire for 100wt% of the polyurethane resin, and drying. The powder of waste tire is used a shattered waste tire or a residual product generated in a process for restoring the waste tire, and produces the artificial leather by controlling the size of particle to generate the high corrosion resistance and a tough appearance. Therefore, the environmental pollution by the waste tire is prevented, and the corrosion resistance and the coefficient of friction of the artificial leather are increased by the powder of waste tire.
