PURPOSE: A molding method of an inner panel of a lower front pillar is provided to improve productivity by reducing the working process, to save a raw material and to reduce weight. CONSTITUTION: An inner panel is integrated by welding an upper blank panel(52) of a soft steel plate quality and a lower blank panel(54) of a high-tension steel plate quality together. Herein, laser welding is desirable for the welding of the upper and lower blank panel. If the upper and lower blank panel are welded by the laser welding, the amount of material and weight are decreased since a matching face such as the existing point welding is not necessary and the stiffness and intensity of a component are improved since the laser welding is a line welding method. Next, the blank panel(56) that the upper and lower panels are integrated is press-processed by a frame metal mold so that the mold of the inner panel of the lower front panel is completed.
