发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FLUORESCENT SCREEN OF COLOR CATHODE-RAY TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE: A fluorescent film of a color cathode-ray tube is piled up two or three layers to increase a fill factor by using a poly acrylic amide aqueous solution(12) with both a high viscosity and a negative ion. CONSTITUTION: An external light absorption film, black matrix(10) is formed on inside a high-transmit of light panel(2). A photo sensible resonoid film(11) is formed on the black matrix by applying a photo sensible resonoid using a spin cater. The photo sensible resonoid is exposed to the light to reveal adhesiveness. Three-colored fluorescent film(1R,1G,1B) is formed by applying three-colored fluorescent powder, and the fluorescent film is developed. Because the poly acrylic amide aqueous solution is combined with Zn(Cl2) on the photo sensible resinoid film(11), a poly acrylic amide aqueous solution(12) with a high viscosity and a negative ion is flowed to the fluorescent film be insoluble in water at 50-150cps/25 deg.C or higher and is fixed with the panel strongly. And it is dried to fix. Then the manufacturing process is returned to the first process of applying the photo sensible resonoid and repeated each step in twice or three times. So the fluorescent film is piled up two or three layers.
