REINFORCING METHOD OF SCREW PROCESSING PART OF SCREW JOINT REINFORCING BAR

PURPOSE: A reinforcing method of the screw processing part of a screw joint reinforcing bar by heat-treating and complementing strength is provided which can be executed on the scene of labor without being processed in a factory. CONSTITUTION: A method for reinforcing the screw processing part of a screw joint reinforcing bar comprises: (a)screw-processing a location to be connected; (b)heating the processed screw processing part at 750-900°C for 1 sec to 30 min by high-frequency heating apparatus; (c)quenching the heated screw processing part; (d)reheating the cooled screw processing part at 200-700°C for 1 sec to 1 hr by high-frequency heating apparatus. The process can be executed on the scene of labor without being processed in a factory.
