TERTIARY PROCESS USING BIOLOGICAL METHOD.

PURPOSE: A method for managing waste water like industrial, livestock sewage will use biological process, and can remove nitrogen and phosphate as well as organic materials. CONSTITUTION: The method for managing waste water will use biological process, especially activated sludge process, and provide aerobic or anaerobic condition. Wastewater will flow into anaerobic reactor with sludge to degrade organic materials. Then the content of phosphate will be decreased and mixed with sludge flowed from aeration tank. Ammonium nitrate in waste water will be nitrified, and remained organic matters will be degraded. At the same time, microorganism for removing nitrogen will complete the process for removing of phosphate. The treated waste water will be transferred to settling tank, then sludge and water will be separated. The method can maximize the efficiency for removing phosphate and improving efficiency for nitrifying to handle the amount of nitrogen.
