PURPOSE: A carcass fly for a redial tire and its preparation method are provided, to remove the elongation difference between a jointed region and an unjointed region, thereby to prevent sidewall indentation. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of arranging general fiber cord(1) in the unjointing region(5); arranging 2-3 strands of a highly flexible fiber cord(2) in the joint region(4); and rolling a carcass rubber(3) to the both sides, wherein the highly flexible fiber cord(2) has the breaking force of 90-100 % compared with the general fiber cord(1), the elongation at specified load of a source material of 200-300%, the elongation at specified load in a tire of 130%, and the elongation at break is 180-250%. The fiber cords(1, 2) is made of polyester and the structure is 100D/3P, 1500D/2P or 1650D/2P.
