PURPOSE: A power transferring device of a washing machine is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost with simple structure and to transfer driving force exactly and effectively. CONSTITUTION: A needle bearing(20) is embedded above an input gear(14). An upper cam(22) is installed above a lower cam(24). A pinion(29a) under a dehydrating shaft(28) to be combined with a basket hub(38) above a washing shaft(34) corresponds to a rack(26a) of a pinion agitator(26). A spring clutch(32) is embedded between the pinion agitator(26) and the dehydrating shaft(28). A trust ball bearing(30) is installed between the upper cam(22) and the pinion agitator(26). Thereby, a washing and a dehydrating are performed exactly. Damage of a device and noise by eliminating the upper cam are removed. Moreover, a cost of components and a number of assembling processes are reduced by simplifying an assembling.
