PURPOSE: An outside complex propeller shaft and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to connect a metallic flange and tube material precisely without bubble or a noncontact portion on an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION: A spacer(20) is installed in an outer periphery of a shaft joint part(12), and a ring body(22) is inserted to the end of the shaft joint part in a flange(10). The closed space is formed between the spacer and the ring body with fitting a tube member(14) to the shaft joint part. An adhesive layer(16) is charged without bubble or a noncontact portion by injecting adhesive into an injection hole of the shaft joint part till discharging to the other injection hole, and hardened by heat treatment. The adhesive layer is spread with epoxy, urethane, polyester, cyanoacryl or vinyl ester group.
