PURPOSE: A highly filled rubber composition obtained by incorporating hard calcium carbonate, clay, an activator, a vulcanizing agent and a processing aid into EPDM scrap rubber is provided, which has excellent vulcanizing characteristics and tensile strength characteristics. CONSTITUTION: The titled rubber composition comprises EPDM scrap having an ethylene content of 65 to 75% by weight and an ENB content of 5% by weight as a diene component as a main component, a mixture of 50 to 350phr of clay and 50 to 300phr of hard calcium carbonate as a filler, 5phr of zinc oxide, 67phr of paraffin oil, 1phr of stearic acid, 7phr of titanium oxide, 117phr of DEG and 0.32 to 1.83phr of TMTD. This composition is added with a coloring agent when used as floor material and roof material.
