SEGMENTAL BULB-TEE GIRDER FOR BRIDGE BETWEEN MAJOR AXISES AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A PSC Bulb-Tee girder bridge is provided to apply to a long span bridge and to have an excellent construction property and economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A girder for a long span bridge is constituted to combine by separating a fixing segment and a mobile segment as rendering the inclination of a hunch unit(4') of a lower flange(4) to be 1/1.75(20cm) and also making the slope of the hunch unit(3') of an upper flange(3) 1/5(10cm). A construction method comprises the steps of: producing the fixing segment and the mobile segment in a production place of the girder, establishing a bridge and a temporary bridge in a bridge construction place, bonding with epoxy between segments then combining an angle on the upper part and establishing one girder on the upper part completely while jacking a base material. Thus, the PSC Bulb-Tee girder between major axises improves construction property and economical efficiency by the replacement of a steel bridge by easily producing and carrying the girder having 40-60m of a length.
