PURPOSE: A seat reclining device is provided to easily operate by simplifying the structure of a seat reclining device to fold a seat back in a seat cushion direction and at the same time, regulating an angle of the seat back by one lever, to improve productivity and to easily manage a component by reducing the number of components and to minimize damage. CONSTITUTION: If a lever unit(6) is operated, a sector gear(13) and a lock gear formed on the lower part of a seat back bracket(1) are divided by the lever unit so that the fixing of the seat back bracket is released, and the seat back bracket and the seat back rotate in a seat cushion direction by the elastic force of a spiral spring connected with one side end of a hook(11). In addition, a pushing bar(23) of a plate lock(2) is contacted with a hit pin(42) of the seat cushion bracket(4) by the seat back bracket(1) so that the plate lock rotates, centering on a hinge(24) while relaxing a lock spring(3). At the same time, an anchor(73) of the plate lock and a fixing pin of the seat back are divided so that the seat back is perfectly folded in a seat cushion direction.
