PURPOSE: A green phosphor of an active luminescence type LCD device, method for manufacturing, and a phosphor slurry are provided to realize a high definition display with a large dot and without a cross contamination by manufacturing a very fine fluorescence film through a slurry method. CONSTITUTION: A coated green phosphor is manufactured by dispersing SrGa2S4:Eu with pure water, mixing a fluorescent aqueous solution with a gelatine aqueous solution, agitating with adding acetic acid, mixing with pure water, adding acetic acid again, and agitating with mixing sodium carboxylic acid. The green phosphor is coated with a gelatin and a sodium carboxylic acid and is mixed with a combined liquid after being washed and dried. A slurry combined liquid does not make a gelation after a 4-day agitation. A fluorescence film is formed with spin-coating the slurry combined liquid on a glass substrate, drying, exposing with a mask pattern, and developing with hot water.
