PURPOSE: A method for displaying a real time is provided to always display a real time as a present time by enabling the present time to be corresponded to the real time of a teletext in case that there's a difference between the present time counted by a microcomputer and the real time of the teletext. CONSTITUTION: A present time counted by a microcomputer is compared with a real time of a teletext(S21). The present time of the microcomputer is reset to the real time of the teletext(S22). In case that the present time is corresponded to the real time, the present time of the microcomputer is displayed(S23). The microcomputer checks whether the real time of the teletext is transmitted from a selected channel(S24). In case that the real time isn't checked, the present time of the microcomputer is displayed(S25). In case that the real time is checked, the real time transmitted from the teletext is displayed(S26).
