PURPOSE: An automatic clamp device is provided to prevent shaking upon punching a hole or forming a screw by secondly clamping a processing portion of the outline in a state of firstly clamping the center of a product and to avoid a processing defect by accurately holding the center of the processing portion. CONSTITUTION: An automatic clamp device consists of a fixing plate to be installed in a machine tool; a main body unit(10); and main and auxiliary clamping devices(4) for holding a product by being combined with the main body unit. A fixing unit is combined with the main body unit to clamp the center of a product in the main clamping device. A support unit is combined with a bracket by a hinge(18) to fix the product put on an upper face of the fixing unit. Upon fixing the product, the product is firmly clamped while a nut is connected to a screw rod by rotating a bolt formed on an upper end of a press unit. One pair of clamps(14,15) are combined on right and left parts of a support plate(12). Thus, a processing portion(b) of the product is clamped by an adjusting bolt(17) coupled with a nut(16) in each clamp. The center of the product is firstly clamped before punching a hole or forming a screw in the processing portion. A hole is put to be inserted in the screw rod while the center of the product is touched with an upper face of the fixing unit. The bolt is fastened by pressing the bracket and the press unit in a state that the press unit touches the upper face of the product. Then the nut is connected with the screw rod and clamped.
