PURPOSE: A production method for a compression molded candy which has a clear three dimensional shape and is stable from changes in outside temperature or pressure is provided by reducing the water content to 2% or less for preventing the candy from a shape alteration due to changes in outside temperature or pressure, and carrying out compression filling to a shape mold at low temperature with high pressure. CONSTITUTION: A production method is characterized by comprising the steps of: mixing and melting a conventional candy composition at the temperature of 100-120°C concentrating it to 2.0% or less of water content at the temperature of 130-160°C, vapor pressure of 4.0-9.5kgf/centimeter square and vacuum pressure of 100-700mmHg and adding conventional additives; and molding by compression filling within 5-30 seconds maintain the temperature of 80°C or less, with the pressure of 10-50kgf/centimeter square. Various and clearly molded shapes of candy may be easily produced by using the method.
